A’ja Wilson had more than just heart-eyes for the painting that Gabby Williams’ sister, Jayda Noble Williams, made as a tribute to the WNBA. The painting features not only Wilson, but also Angel Reese, Jewell Loyd and of course her sister, Williams. While Williams is wearing a French jersey, the other three female basketball legends are dressed in Team USA jerseys.
The painting is indeed colorful and brilliantly done. The young, talented artist managed to bring a number of interesting and personal artifacts to the players. For instance, Loyd is seen shushing the crowd with a black snake around her neck, while Reese is seen performing her unique gesture against Caitlin Clark which got her in trouble with the NCAA. Reese’s jersey also says ‘Barbie’ referring to her nickname ‘Bayou Barbie’.
“@wnba” Jayda Noble Williams captioned her post.
“Wowww😍😍😍” A’ja Wilson commented on Jayda Noble Williams’ post.

While it was highly expected of Wilson to play in the ongoing inaugural season of the Unrivaled League, she opted out.
