A’ja Wilson has been incredibly busy this WNBA offseason promoting her signature shoe line with Nike. The Las Vegas Aces star has been touring to different cities to not only promote her shoes, but also host basketball clinics especially targeting young athletes who are keen to learn some hooping skills from the legend.
Most recently, Wilson and Nike’s ‘Pre-Heat’ tour stopped by Las Vegas for her Nika A’One clinic at a Dick’s Sporting Goods store. Wilson not only signed many autographs on her shoes for her fans, but was over the moon with excitement to help young children fall in love with her beloved sport. Lisa Leslie, former basketball player, was one of those who commented their admiration and praise for Wilson’s basketball clinic.

“Super cute Soroo” Lisa Leslie commented on Wilson’s pictures in Las Vegas, along with heart emojis.
While many WNBA players opted to play in the inaugural season of the Unrivaled League during the offseason, A’ja Wilson had other plans. Apart from launching a signature shoe line with Nike, Wilson managed many other events in her daily planner with ease.
A’ja Wilson fans will be able to see her play again on the hardwood floor in the upcoming WNBA season which will kick off in May. The 28-year-old has been playing in the league since 2018, when she was selected by the Las Vega Aces as the first overall pick in the very first round of the draft. Before the WNBA, Wilson played college basketball for the South Carolina Gamecocks.
