Boston was talking about Minnesota Lynx power forward Napheesa Collier. She is known for her smooth fadeaway jumper, which allows her to create space and make tough shots. Her fadeaway was on full display during the 2024 WNBA Finals, where she nailed a tightly contested fadeaway in overtime to secure a Game 1 victory against the New York Liberty.

“I think that we play basketball the right way,” Clark said. “We love playing in front of our fans. We’re building a championship-winning team. We’re excited about it, we’re excited about all the pieces that we’ve added.”
“A great coaching staff and we’re fired up and working hard and I think we play basketball the right way and we give our fans a lot to cheer about and we love our teammates and work really hard.”

Guard Kelsey Mitchell’s message was all about sticking together as a team.
“I think the one thing that people should know about the Fever is that we’re young, we’re vibrant, we have the personality in which we want to win,” Mitchell said. “We know that we’ve come a long way regarding our culture, and I think for us, we want to beat that team that people know about, that has no filters, no anything. We are who we are and, at the end of the day, we’re going to stick by each other.”

Finally, Aliyah Boston closed the message with one impactful statement.
“That we’re taking over the world,” she said.
During the 2024 season, Aliyah Boston averaged 14 points per game, 8.9 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game. She shot 52.9% from the field and 26.9% from beyond the arc.
