Angel Reese once again took people’s attention on social media, as she expressed her overflowing admiration for her friend and former Teas A&M teammate, Endyia Rogers.
Over at her Instagram account, Rogers posted a photo of herself. At first glance, it looked like a photo of her just posing for the Gram. However, upon closer look, Rogers was clearly flexing an engagement ring.

Reese did not let the chance to greet her friend pass, as she posted comments under Rogers’s photo.
“I think I have the prettiest best friend in the world!” she said. Adding: “Wow.”
Another comment from Reese read: “She don’t even gotta do too much! wow bestttt.”
Reese also reposted Roger’s photo in her Instagram story, adding a caption: “I literally have the prettiest bff in the world omg,[and she’s] a fiancé.”
Endyia Rogers started her college basketball career with the USC Trojans. She stayed with the team for two seasons and eventually transferred to the Oregon Ducks, where she played for her junior and senior years. She spent her fifth and last year with the Texas A&M Aggies, where she had her lowest number in her college time. Reese also spent her final year with the Aggies.
However, despite doing well in her college career overall, Rogers was not drafted for the WNBA. Most people credit it to her lackluster final year and the fact that the 2024 WNBA draft class included a competitive roster all aiming for limited spots to get drafted, including Caitlin Clark, Kamilla Cardoso, and Cameron Brink.
Rogers’ best friend Angel Reese was eventually drafted by the Chicago Sky. During her rookie season, Reese averaged 13.6 points per game, 13.1 rebounds, and 1.9 assists.
Angel Reese on Playing for Unrivaled: “I’m Making Six Figures”
Angel Reese is still off-season from the WNBA, but that doesn’t mean she won’t get to play ball and throw some hoops before jumping back into the league. Reese is set to take part in the new 3-on-3 women’s basketball league Unrivaled.
In an appearance on The WAE Show, Reese talked about the benefits of singing to play for Unrivaled.
“For one I’m staying in the States, I don’t have to go overseas,” she said. “I’m making 6 figures, I’m living in Miami during my off-season.”
“I’m playing 34 of some of the best WNBA players, being able to get better,” she added. “Some of the best coaches, we got T-Spoon, we got Phil, we’ve got a lot of great coaches there.”
Angel Reese will play in Unrivaled under Rose BC, with Nola Henry as their head coach.
