Angel Reese and her girls in the Rose Basketball Club are clearly ready for the first season of the Unrivaled League. The 3-on-3 women’s basketball league commences on Jan 17th and is touted to be a game-changer in the genre. The Unrivaled League was founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart who wanted to give female basketballers a great opportunity to play during the offseason while earning a pretty good sum of money.
The league features a number of star players, including Angel Reese, Cameron Brink, Jewell Loyd, DiJonai Carrington, Lexie Hull, and many more. The current roster has six teams, which include the Laces BC, Lunar Owls BC, Mist BC, Phantom BC, Rose BC, and Vinyl BC. Reese and Hull are teammates in the Rose BC and recently posed for a team photo shoot.
“Look how cuuuuuute” Lexie Hull commented on the pictures with three heart emojis.
Indeed the pictures looked very stylish and adorable with each player holding a beautiful pink rose. The last picture in the carousel featured a rose next to an Unrivaled basketball. Along with Reese and Hull, Brittney Sykes from the Washington Mystics, Azura Stevens from the Los Angeles Sparks, Kahleah Copper from the Phoenix Mercury, and Chelsea Gray who plays for the Las Vegas Aces are also part of the Rose BC.
Angel Reese Posts Cryptic Tweet Ahead Of Unrivaled League Inaugural Season
Angel Reese fans are certainly eager to see the player play for the upcoming Unrivaled League. However, there seem to be a few other things playing on Reese’s mind as she recently posted a cryptic message on the social media platform X.
“them mf tables always turn” Angel Reese tweeted on her X account.
However, it is still unclear as to who Reese was referring to in her tweet and the post left her fans scratching their heads. Still, Reese seems to be doing everything in her power to make the first season of the Unrivaled League a great one. Reese will play in the league for the Rose Basketball Club, along with the likes of Lexie Hull and Brittney Sykes.
Angel Reese will also try to make this year a much better one after her career was paused last year as a result of an injury. Since then, Reese has fully recovered and frequently keeps her fans and followers updated about her training routines and workout sessions in the gym. Apart from this, Reese has also built up quite a following for her entertaining podcast, ‘Unapologetically Angel’.
