In one of her videos, Mariah Rose did a reaction to Angel Reese’s Valentine’s Day haul video.

Rose then did a breakdown of the items in Reese’s video, listing down items such as roses, the “A5” diamond chain, a $2,700 bag, a $2,900 bag, and luxury sunglasses worth more than $600.

Known as the “Bayou Barbie,” Reese has graced the cover of American Vogue, becoming the first professional basketball player, male or female, to achieve this milestone.

Angel Reese recently went viral earlier this week over her bold statement about the long-running issue of WNBA players not getting paid their true worth. In light of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement, Reese boldly said that players sitting out games might happen this season if conversations do not go the players’ way.
After receiving backlash over it, she went to X to make her statement clear.
“I love how y’all have selective hearing,” she said in her post. “I said ‘I’m hearing if they don’t give us what we want, we sitting out’ and that’s the truth. I never said anything about the NBA. We are prepared to stay at the negotiating table for as long as it takes.”
