Angel Reese will soon be seen on the court playing for the Chicago Sky in the upcoming WNBA season which will commence in May. Reese has had a busy couple of months playing in the inaugural season of the Unrivaled League, co-founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart. She will be aiming to rest and train in the time between now and May to kick off the season for the Chicago Sky with a bang.

Angel Reese has been playing in the WNBA since the previous season after she was selected by the Chicago Sky as the seventh overall pick in the very first round of the draft. Reese was already impressive in college basketball when she played for the Maryland Terrapins from 2020 to 2022, and then for the LSU Tigers from 2022 to 2024.

Angel Reese’s college basketball team, the LSU Tigers, are officially out of the March Madness tournament after losing to the UCLA Bruins in the Elite Eight tournament on Sunday. The LSU Tigers lost to UCLA with a final score of 72-65.

The LSU Tigers were led in offense by Flau’Jae Johnson on the scoreboard in that game, who put up an impressive 28 points, grabbing four rebounds and assisting four times. Aneesah Morrow added another 15 points for the team, along with seven boards and a solo assist, while Mikaylah Williams clocked ten points on the board.

The LSU Tigers finished third in the Southeastern table with a 12-4 conference score and 31-6 overall in the regular NCAA season. The Tigers were led in offense this college basketball season by Aneesah Morrow, who has an 18.8-point average this game, while Johnson has an 18.3-point average. Mikaylah Williams is third in the list with a 17.5-point average per matchup in this NCAA season.
