Anthony Edwards is trying to win what’s remaining of the regular season with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The shooting guard has only five games on the season as they hope to improve their 45-32 record. Minnesota is stuck at the seventh position in the Western Conference and they hope to clinch a playoff position.
While Edwards is trying to make ends meet, his girlfriend Jeanine Robel is having a good time with their daughter in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The mother and daughter are making the best of their vacation. Robel shared an image on her Instagram stories of the duo basking in the sun at a beach.
Jeanine Robel captioned one image of her daughter enjoying a moment with her. She used a ladybug image and wrote: “is loving it,”
Anthony Edwards’ daughter Asilynn is nicknamed “Ladybug.” Robel’s first child is Krue, who was unable to join them on their vacation.
Robel also mentioned that she missed Krue and captioned another image saying:
“we missing Krue! He had his own plans for spring break!” Robel wrote.
Anthony Edwards Records Strong Outing As Minnesota Timberwolves Dominate The Brooklyn Nets
Anthony Edwards and the Timberwolves had an excellent game against the Brooklyn Nets. It was a must-win battle and the Timberwolves triumphed with ease. The offense racked up 105 points while the defense restricted the Nets to only 90.
The Timberwolves took to a great start and continued to lead. Anthony Edwards was the bright spot for the team after his contributed 28 points in just 32 minutes of play time. The talented player recorded five rebounds, three assists, two steals, and one block.
Out of 15 attempts, Edwards connected 10. Five out of 10 shots came in from the three-point territory. Overall, Edwards was dominant in his performance. It’s safe to say that Edwards led the team to victory against the Nets.
Edwards is only 23 and he has a great future ahead with his excellent performance. The Timberwolves have benefited greatly from Anthony Edwards. The young star is averaging 27.3 points per game with 5.8 rebounds and 4.6 assists. He has a field goal percentage of 44.4.
Minnesota has a crucial game against the Milwaukee Bucks. The team will try to clinch a play-in position. Edwards will remain as a crucial aspect for the Timberwolves as they take on opponents in the remaining five games of the season.
