Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown is not a fan of sports gambling based on his experience with people who come at him on social media over lost bets.

The 2024 NBA Finals MVP appeared on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast and warned those who will approach and confront him over failed parlays, saying he doesn’t care how much money you lost.
“With the fans, nowadays in this era, it’s all about gambling. That’s the fan engagement from now. It’s created a hostile environment almost for athletes. I can have a good game and n***as still be online talking s**t,” Brown stated.

“I’mma say this to the camera, if one of you parlay f**kers run up on me, I’m telling you. I’mma fuck you up. Try it if you want to. That’s all I’mma say,” he reiterated.
Boston Celtics News: Jaylen Brown dishes the truth about his lingering knee issue
The Boston Celtics will likely finish as the second seed in the Eastern Conference. They aim to finish strong with four games left in the regular season, though staying healthy will be the team’s utmost priority.

Jaylen Brown admitted he has been dealing with an injured knee, but the 2024 NBA Finals MVP is doing his best to find a workaround.
“As we continue to move forward, I’m hoping to feel better and better,” Brown said via Souichi Terada of Mass Live. “But there’s no guarantee that rest or anything like that is going to make this thing better, so kind of figuring it out and going through it and getting ready for the playoffs.”
