The Boston Celtics recently ended their two-game slide by securing a 110-103 win against the Denver Nuggets last Sunday.

Jaylen Brown led with 22 points, five rebounds, eight assists, two steals, and two blocks on 6-for-15 shooting from the field. Al Horford, Derrick White, Jayson Tatum, and Payton Pritchard contributed 19, 17, 16, and 11 points.
The Boston Celtics were again without Jrue Holiday, who missed his second consecutive game due to a finger injury. The two-time NBA champion suffered the injury during the loss against the Detroit Pistons on February 26.

Before this, Holiday returned from a four-game absence due to a shoulder injury. He averages 10.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 3.7 assists on 43.8 percent shooting from the field across 47 starts this season.
Boston Celtics News: Jrue Holiday drops worrying update on his finger injury
Jrue Holiday was recently asked about his injury progress, but the Boston Celtics guard didn’t give a concrete timeline on his return, although he said he won’t need surgery to fix his mallet finger.

“I’m not going to lie, I didn’t really hear of the term ‘mallet finger’ until people were telling me I had mallet finger,” Holiday told reporters via Celtics on CLNS. “They just told me that I broke my finger.”
“Trying to figure out — I’m going to be in a splint for a minute but figuring that out since it’s on my shooting hand. I mean, I’m shooting, dribbling, catching, it’s probably all pretty weird or, I mean, honestly, inconvenient,” he continued. “I haven’t tried so far to catch a ball because of the pain, but I will soon.”
