There was no shortage of contentious moments during Monday’s Game 4 battle between the Boston Celtics and the Indiana Pacers. At one point, Jaylen Brown got into it with Pacers big man Myles Turner in an incident that led to technical fouls for both players.
Brown took exception to Turner’s offensive foul on Derrick White, and the Celtics star just had to let the latter know about it.
Boston Celtics News: Jaylen Brown, Myles Turner in Heated Altercation
Turner was a little bit too enthusiastic in trying to find his spot down low against the smaller White. The Pacers center pretty much steamrolled White, who immediately hit the deck after feeling the entire weight of Turner’s 6-foot-11, 250-lb body.
Brown did not like it one bit:

Jaylen Brown Sends Message for Myles Turner
After the Celtics secured a 4-0 sweep over the Pacers with a hard-fought 105-102 Game 4 victory, Brown had nothing but love for Turner. The Celtics swingman believes he knows what motivated Turner to act the way he did during the game:
“Myles is a good kid. Let’s start with that,” Brown said, via Jared Weiss of The Athletic (h/t Legion Hoops on X, formerly Twitter). “Throughout the series, he loses control of his body a little bit…I was just letting him know, ‘Just watch it.’.. He feels like he’s at home, his family is watching. His girl is probably watching and he had to do something. I’ve known Myles a long time…It’s all love.”
All is well that ends well, I guess?
