    Boston Celtics

The Boston Celtics dominated the NBA pre-season and decided to rest their starters. This was a chance for Lonnie Walker IV and Payton Pritchard to be the leading players, and both scored a combined 39 points.

Jordan Walsh and Neemas Queta are also in the starting lineup and tallied a double-double each in points and rebounds. Drew Peterson was the surprise bench player as he scored a tea high of 23 points in 23 minutes of playing time.

    Players to watch:

Jayson Tatum: 25.0 PPG, 9.7 RPG, 6.3 APG, 1.1 SPG

Jaylen Brown: 23.9 PPG, 5.8 RPG, 3.3  APG, 1.2 SPG

Derrick White: 16.7 PPG, 4.3 RPG, 4.1 APG, 1.2 BPG

    Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors fielded Scottie Barnes for 26 minutes and were able to give the team 10 points. More importantly, Gradey Dick is poised for a sophomore leap with the injury of Bruce Brown, as he led the team with 18 points on five three-pointers. Jakob Poeltl and Jamal Shead each had 14 points.

Impressing the Raptors coaching staff off the bench is Jonathan Mogbo who had eight points and ten boards. Expect to see him more in this upcoming game.

    Players to Watch:

RJ Barrett: 20.2 PPG, 5.4 RPG, 3.3 APG

    Scottie Barnes: 193.9 PPG, 8.2RPG, 6.1 APG, 1.3 SPG, 1.5 BPG

Immanuel Quickley: 17.7 PPG, 3.8 RPG, 4.9 APG

Boston Celtics Vs Toronto Raptors Summary and Prediction

The Boston Celtics should look to continue their winning streak, but since this game is in Toronto, the Raptors should do their best to impress the home crowd. We should see a win from the Canadian-based team, but the spread won’t be covered. This should be another high-scoring affair like last game, so the total should go over.

    Moneyline: Raptors +190

    Spread: Celtics -6

    Total: Over 225.5

    Score: 120-116, Raptors win.
