Los Angeles Lakers Rookie Bronny James Revealed What Surprised Him in Summer League Debut

Even though he didn’t light up the boards in his first taste of basketball action after college, James came forth and revealed what he thought of his Summer League debut. In an article written by Janie McCauley for NBA.com:
“The atmosphere, it was more than I expected,” a grinning James said. “It’s a big game for me, but I didn’t know the people of Golden State would come and rep for me, so that was pretty nice to see.”
Back during his lone season playing for the USC Trojans, James averaged 4.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists. The outlook on LeBron James’ son changed for the better after a positive Draft Combine performance, which led the Lakers to select him using the 55th pick.

It remains to be seen whether James can crack the Lakers rotation or end up spending some time first in the G League. In any case, a lot of eyes will be fixated on Bronny to see how his first year in the league will go.
