The Los Angeles Lakers appeared to have forgotten their talents in Tinseltown as they have gone winless in their first two road games of the 2024-25 NBA season. Bronny James, however, left everyone with something positive to talk about concerning the Lakers on Wednesday when he drained his first-ever field goal in his very young NBA career.

With just 2:03 minutes left to play in the regulation, James managed to bury a 14-point jumper from the left side of the basket. LeBron James was not on the floor when Bronny hit that shot, but he talked about that moment after the game.
Via Lakers Nation:
LeBron James on Bronny getting his first bucket in Cleveland:
“To see him get his first NBA basket in this arena where he grew up not too far away from here, it’s an unbelievable moment… Unbelievable moment for him and our family.”
Bronny was given some playing time against the Cavs, as the Lakers had already waved the white flag amid what was going to be a blowout loss to the host team. The former USC Trojans guard went 1-for-2 from the field for two points to go with two assists and a steal.
As for his dad, LeBron led the Lakers with 26 points on 9-for-13 shooting from the floor with six rebounds and three assists, though, he also committed six of Los Angeles’ 21 turnovers.
