Caitlin Clark and her boyfriend Connor McCaffery were spotted at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Sunday during the game between the Indiana Pacers and the New York Knicks.
Clark is in Indiana for the offseason, but she will fly to Florida later this week to play golf. Meanwhile, McCaffery is based in the state as an assistant coach at Butler.
In a video shared on X, The Fever star was caught on camera and shown on the big board in the third quarter. As soon as she noticed the camera focusing on her, she smiled and waved with her boyfriend seated next to her, much to the adulation of the fans in attendance.

Caitlin Clark had just finished a remarkable rookie season in the WNBA, earning the Rookie of the Year honors. She has basically become a hometown hero after helping the Fever make the playoffs last season—the team’s first since 2016.
Unfortunately, Clark and the Fever fell to the Connecticut Sun in a first-round sweep, prompting their early exit from the postseason. Stephanie White, who was the Sun’s head coach last season, will return to Indiana as their head coach after spending two seasons with Connecticut. She played for the Fever in her heyday (2000-04) and also served as the team’s assistant coach (2011-14) and head coach (2015-16).
Meanwhile, the Pacers defeated the Knicks 132-121 on Sunday, securing their fifth win of the season. Tyrese Haliburton recorded a double-double with 35 points and 14 assists, while Benedict Mathurin contributed 38 points and Myles Turner added 26 points, six rebounds, and two blocks for the Pacers.
For the Knicks’ side, Jalen Brunson tallied 33 points, 10 assists, and six rebounds; Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 30 points and nine rebounds; and OG Anunoby contributed 25 points and four rebounds. Their record drops to 4-5 following the loss.
Caitlin Clark set to play golf at LPGA pro-am tournament
Caitlin Clark had told reporters that she would be focusing on golf during the offseason after the Indiana Fever’s early exit in the 2024 WNBA playoffs. The former Iowa Hawkeye has been playing golf since she was young, and she will be demonstrating her prowess later this week at the Pelican Golf Club in Florida.
The 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year is set to join the LPGA pro-am tournament, where she will be playing with current world No. 1 Nelly Korda and host Annika Sorenstam. But first, she will be appearing at the Women’s Leadership Summit a day before the tournament.
Clark made headlines last year when she played at the John Deere Classic Pro-Am with Zach Johnson and Ludvig Aberg. This year, she trained with former LPGA player Martha Foyer-Faulconer in a course in Carmel, Indiana in preparation for The Annika.
