Caitlin Clark fans are excitedly waiting for the release of her appearance on David Letterman’s ‘My Next Guest Needs No Introduction’. A small sneak peek into the interview has been going around, and Clark seems to have dropped some majorly juicy nuggets about her personal and professional life.
One of the topics that were discussed in the interview with the legendary TV host was Caitlin Clark’s competitiveness. Now, Clark’s competitiveness is definitely common knowledge, with that personality trait being one of the main reasons for her success on the hardwood floor. Apparently, Clark’s competitiveness is not only seen on the court, but even with her own family.
“When I’m just playing a casual card game with my family or my friends. And then like everybody hates me by the end of the night and I’m like ah great I ruined Christmas.” Caitlin Clark said to David Letterman on ‘My Next Guest Needs No Introduction’.

Caitlin Clark’s competitive spirit has pursued to take on bigger challenges by the second. During her college basketball days, Clark stunned in her performance for the Iowa Hawkeyes, and her plays have simply gotten better after she stepped into the WNBA. With only one year down in the WNBA, Clark has already become one of the most legendary female basketball players out there. For her performance last year, Clark was awarded the ‘Rookie of the Year’ title.

Caitlin Clark’s Former Team Exit March Madness After Losing To Oklahoma
Meanwhile, Caitlin Clark’s college basketball team, the Iowa Hawkeyes, are officially out of the March Madness tournament after losing to the Oklahoma Sooners in the second round. Iowa managed to win the first round against the Murray State Racers with a spectacular 92-57 final score.

However, they were unable to keep this up in the second round and lost to Oklahoma, 96-62. In the game against the Oklahoma Sooners, Iowa’s Lucy Olsen chalked up a total of 20 points on the scoreboard, grabbing five rebounds and assisting twice, while Kyle Feuerbach contributed 14 more points for the team, along with six boards. Hannah Stuelke also managed to add a tenner on the scoreboard for the Iowa Hawkeyes.

The Iowa Hawkeyes finished their regular season in the eighth position of the Big Ten with a 10-8 conference score and 23-11 overall, showing plenty of promise for the March Madness tournament. In this college basketball season, Iowa’s offense was led by Lucy Olsen, Hannah Stuelke and Addison O’Grady who are the top scorers for the team.
