Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark is ready to accommodate the changes in the schedule of their game against the Brazilian national team, and she made it clear in her comment on social media.
In a post on Instagram, the Iowa women’s basketball account announced that the game between the Fever and the Brazil national team will now have a 3:00 pm CT tip-off, which is two hours earlier than the original schedule.
In the straightforward social media attitude she is known for, Clark gave the best “okay” for the change.
“Will rearrange my calendar,” she commented.

The Indiana Fever will face the Brazilian National Team in an exhibition game on May 4, 2025, at the Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa. This arena, which holds approximately 15,400 spectators, is a fitting venue for the event, especially with Caitlin Clark returning to her college stomping grounds.

Tickets have been sold out for quite some time now. Fans eager to attend are now turning to secondary marketplaces like SeatGeek to secure their spots.

The exhibition game of the Indiana Fever against the Brazilian national team is more than just a clash of culture and skill, but is also a historic first for the WNBA. The game is poised to be the first-ever nationally-televised exhibition game of the league.
As reported by The Athletic: “ESPN will broadcast what is believed to be the WNBA’s first nationally televised exhibition game when Clark returns to Iowa for the Indiana Fever’s game against Brazil’s national team on May 4, sources briefed on the network’s scheduling said.”
Teams Adjusting Venues for Caitlin Clark Criticized
One sports reporter got honest on the recent trend of WNBA teams changing to a bigger venue for games played with the Indiana Fever, which has been speculated by fans to be a move to accommodate more people drawn by the popularity of Caitlin Clark.

Dallas-area sports reporter London Thomas got honest about WNBA teams accommodating the Indiana Fever on a bigger area, largely due to Clark bringing a bigger crowd.
“This is why I don’t understand only upgrading venues for games against the Indiana Fever instead of doing it for a few teams,” he said. “It only grows Caitlin Clark’s brand rather than the league.”
“Even the Fever are owning it.”

Thomas’ comments came in response to the Indiana Fever social media post saying “every game is a home game,” referring to bigger venues adjusted to accommodate them and the pull of Caitlin Clark.
