In a recent press interview, Catilin Clark was asked what success with the Indiana Fever looks like this 2025, and Clark had one simple yet impactful answer: a championship. This got a lot of people fired up, including Iowa Hawkeyes senior forward Jada Gyamfi, who shared Clark’s interview on her Instagram story.
“Fired me up on this Thursday morning🔥🔥,” Gyamfi’s Instagram story read.
The Indiana Fever have made it clear this offseason that they are fully committed to competing for a WNBA championship in 2025. After making the playoffs for the first time since 2016, the Fever wasted no time in strengthening their roster with key acquisitions.
The Fever brought in DeWanna Bonner, Natasha Howard, Sophie Cunningham, Brianna Turner, and Sydney Colson, adding both veteran leadership and championship experience to their squad.

The Indiana Fever is aiming to win a championship this 2025 WNBA season, and they are not trying to keep it a secret from everyone., Recently, the Fever’s social media launched a campaign that featured Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell, and Aliyah Boston.
“I think that we play basketball the right way,” Clark said in the video. “We love playing in front of our fans. We’re building a championship-winning team. We’re excited about it, we’re excited about all the pieces that we’ve added.”
“A great coaching staff and we’re fired up and working hard and I think we play basketball the right way and we give our fans a lot to cheer about and we love our teammates and work really hard.”
“I think the one thing that people should know about the Fever is that we’re young, we’re vibrant, we have the personality in which we want to win,” Mitchell said. “We know that we’ve come a long way regarding our culture, and I think for us, we want to beat that team that people know about, that has no filters, no anything. We are who we are and, at the end of the day, we’re going to stick by each other.”
