WNBA star and Iowa Hawkeyes legend Caitlin Clark getting compared to other great athletes is no longer a new thing. Adding to the list is one WWE star who drew similarities to Clark and NBA legend Michael Jordan.
In an interview posted by “Outta Pocket with RGIII,” WWE star Seth Rollins talked about the “Caitlin Clark” effect, and how it draws similarities from the impact of NBA legend Michael Jordan.
“I love Caitlin Clark,” Rollins said. “I love her, I don’t wanna get blasphemous here, but it’s Jordanesque. She’s changed the game, she’s so unassuming, you know, you look at her, you don’t think anything. You don’t think she’s a star, you don’t think she’s balling out on everybody and she does.”
“To see what she’s done for women’s sports, the WNBA specifically, but just women’s sports in general.”

Seth Rollins had a triumphant night at WrestleMania 41, winning the main event triple-threat match against Roman Reigns and CM Punk. The match was filled with drama and shocking betrayals, as Paul Heyman turned on both Punk and Reigns to align himself with Rollins. Rollins secured the victory with a steel chair shot to Reigns, followed by his signature Curb Stomp.
Caitlin Clark has often been compared to Michael Jordan due to her ability to dominate games and elevate her team, much like Jordan did during his legendary career. One notable comparison arose during her rookie playoff debut with the Indiana Fever, where she matched Jordan’s record as the only rookie in NBA and WNBA history to average 18 points, 8.5 assists, 5 rebounds, 1 block, and 2 steals per game in the postseason.

Additionally, her scoring prowess and competitive spirit have earned her the nickname “Jordanesque” from basketball legends like Nancy Lieberman.
