Caitlin Clark has always managed to have fans across all age groups, something that the WNBA star is uniquely known for. It looks like it is not just the United States fans who are crazy about Clark. The Indiana Fever star seems to have numerous fans across the pond as well.
A couple of days back, a basketball club in Ireland called the Templeogue Basketball Club held an event called the ‘Caitlin Clark Challenge’ and raised more than $5000. The basketball club shared a number of posts about the challenge, and commended their U-11 team for winning the challenge.
“Well done to everyone who took part in the Caitlin Clark Challenge! Your hard work and effort has led to over €5000 being raised for your club! A big shout out to our U11 Boys who collected the most bottles winning themselves a limited edition Caitlin Clark Challenge t-shirts! A big thank you to all our sponsors who supported us and made the day possible, the parents, players and to our Development & Fundraising committee who organised the event!” Templeogue Basketball Club shared through their post.

Caitlin Clark has been a force in women’s basketball even before she stepped foot into the WNBA. Clark already created a name for herself during her time with the Iowa Hawkeyes. Clark was soon drafted into the Indiana Fever team and shook the world of women’s basketball with her arrival.

Caitlin Clark Praises Aliyah Boston In David Letterman Appearance
Caitlin Clark has always been a girl’s girl, and has given flowers to those who have played with her at every chance possible. In her recent appearance on David Letterman’s show, Clark was asked about her friendship with Aliyah Boston, whom she played with in the Indiana Fever.

“Aliyah Boston has been great to play with. Your point guard-post combination, that’s important. I think our chemistry grew so much over the course of the year and it only will continue to grow.” Caitlin Clark said on ‘My Next Guest Needs No Introduction’ with David Letterman.

Aliyah Boston joined the Indiana Fever one year before Caitlin Clark, and also was a no.1 draft pick like her. Boston took Clark under her wing and trained her up like a mentor. In fact, Boston was also credited for showing Clark how to handle the media and all the attention after she rose to fame in the WNBA. Boston and Clark will once again be seen together in the upcoming WNBA season.
