Los Angeles Sparks star Cameron Brink got her biggest supporter in her fiancé, Ben Felter, as the WNBA star recently got featured in a swimsuit photoshoot of a major sports publication.
Over at his Instagram account, Ben Felter, fiancé of Cameron Brink, expressed his appreciation and admiration for Brink getting featured in a swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated.
“12 year old me wouldn’t believe it if I told him I was engaged to an SI Swim Model @cameronbrink22,” Felter wrote in the caption of his post.
Cameron Brink has openly credited her fiancé, Ben Felter, for his unwavering support throughout her basketball journey, emphasizing how his encouragement has helped her navigate the challenges of professional sports. Felter, a former Stanford rower, has been by Brink’s side since 2021, offering emotional and mental support as she transitioned from college to the WNBA.
Brink has spoken about how Felter’s discipline and work ethic have inspired her own approach to training, and she frequently acknowledges his role in keeping her grounded amid the pressures of being a rising star. Their relationship, built on mutual respect and shared athletic experiences, has been a key source of motivation for Brink as she continues to excel with the Los Angeles Sparks.

Cameron Brink Talks About Role Models, Body Confidence in Swimsuit Shoot
During her Sports Illustrated interview, Cameron Brink acknowledged the pioneering women who paved the way for the WNBA and women’s basketball, such as Elena Delle Donne, Candace Parker, Maya Moore, Lisa Leslie, and Breanna Stewart.

Brink’s early exposure to the world of women’s basketball endorsements came through her mother, Michelle, who previously collaborated with Nike on signature shoes for WNBA players. As Brink’s basketball career progressed, she also celebrated inspiring figures within the sport.
“I think you always have to look back at the women before you, my mom has definitely taught me that. I’m very thankful for those role models, because we wouldn’t be where we are today without them.”

Brink called the opportunity to model for the publication “empowering.” She also mentioned, however, how showing off more skin than usual can be a little challenging.
“I think every female athlete has had a really rough go with body image, but I’m definitely glad I’ve gotten to a really good place and I’m able to do stuff like this with SI Swimsuit. It’s just very empowering, so I hope everyone can get to a point like this.”
Cameron Brink is expected to make a return to the court sometime this season, though no specific date has been announced as of yet.
