Cameron Brink’s mother, Michelle Bain-Brink, was over the moon with the love that Stanford commits showed to her daughter. Michelle Bain-Brink shared a post on her Instagram story, showing three Stanford commits, Hailee Swain, Lara Somfair and Alexandra Eschmeyer all speaking highly of Cameron Brink and remarking how much they have been positively impacted by her.
Cameron Brink played for the Stanford Cardinal from 2020 to 2024 after committing to the team during her senior year with the Mountainside academy in Oregon. Brink was truly stellar with the Cardinal and managed to be selected by the Los Angeles Sparks as the second overall pick in the very first round of the 2024 WNBA draft.
Michelle Bain-Brink, who has played a strong role in her daughter’s basketball career, reacted to the repost on Instagram with a ‘controlling tears’ emoji and a ‘tree’ emoji. Michelle is herself a college level player, just like her husband.
Apart from impacting her daughter Cameron Brink’s basketball career, Bain-Brink has also played a huge role in shaping her talented child’s super fashion sense. According to a recent interview, Cameron Brink has credited her mother for showing her how to choose clothes that will flatter her height, and also model the importance of always looking put together and stylish.

Cameron Brink Opens About How She Hated Being Tall When She Was Growing Up
At 6’4”, Cameron Brink definitely stands almost a foot taller than everyone in your average room. While this feature has played a big role in her basketball career, it has also made her stand out from the crowd, and her fans simply love her for her height. However, Brink has not always been a fan of her height, according to the latest episode of her podcast ‘Straight to Cam’.

Speaking with her co-host, Sydel Curry-Lee and rapper/YouTuber NLE Choppa, Brink confessed that she did not like being so tall when she was a kid. She also admitted that it was not only tall girls who struggled with this issue, but even tall boys. Brink also admitted that she gradually grew into her height and now would not change it for everything in the world.

Cameron Brink has previously discussed the various limitations that her height has imposed on her, particularly when it comes to styling herself. Luckily for Brink, she had a great role model in her mother, Michelle Bain-Brink, who is also pretty tall herself. Bain-Brink taught her daughter how to dress, how to find the right clothes and how to style outfits in a way that would further flatter her physique and her tall figure, rather than making her look lanky.
