Andre Drummond has played his last two seasons in the NBA donning the Chicago Bulls uniform, but there’s a real potential that he’s already appeared in his final game in Bulls threads. Drummond is a pending unrestricted free agent and could get significant attention in the market from other teams looking for a quality backup center.
Will Andre Drummond and the Chicago Bulls part ways in the summer?

For Aaron Kellerstrass of Pippen Ain’t Easy, Drummond has a mere 25 percent chance of returning to Windy City to run it back with the Bulls via a new contract.
Drummond had a good year for the Bulls, so there may be some interest in bringing him back, but it’s going to cost more than $3.3 million.
Drummond established himself as one of the better backup centers in the league, and while his next contract won’t break the bank, he is still only 30 and can likely find a more lucrative long-term deal from someone.
The Bulls need depth at center, and I’m sure they’d love to bring Drummond back at the right price, but with other teams out there with cap space and needs of their own, Drummond may find a better deal than the one the Bulls are willing to offer.

Serving mostly as a backup to Nikola Vucevic in the 2023-24 NBA season, Drummond was able to average 8.4 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 0.6 blocks through 79 games. In the 10 games he started, though, Drummond was a double-double machine, as he put up 14.1 points and 17.9 rebounds in 29.3 minutes.
