Jarrett Allen and the Cleveland Cavaliers continue their dominant season on Wednesday’s 124-105 win over the New York Knicks. Allen’s All-Star teammate, Donovan Mitchell, took control of the game with his 27 points, six rebounds and five assists. Mitchell had an efficient night shooting the basketball and made 55.6% from the field and 42.9% from beyond the arc.
Allen also had a good game against the Knicks. He had 21 points and eight rebounds, including a fastbreak dunk that got the crowd excited. The big man intercepted the pass from Josh Hart to Karl-Anthony Towns. The one-time All-Star pushed the pace by himself and had a tomahawk dunk.

Following the game, Allen revealed to the media that he was trying to dunk the ball like Los Angeles Lakers star and former Cavs player, LeBron James.
“I wanted to look like LeBron,” Allen said. “Trying to bring it back. I looked at the replay, nothing close.”

“Demon recruiting in April that’s 🐐stuff,” a fan said.
“every good player is a Laker eventually,” another fan said.

“He’s actually a perfect fit”
“JA and Luka lobs next season with his rim protection”
With Luka Doncic, having a player like Allen could be beneficial for the Lakers. Doncic can facilitate at an elite level and maximize any frontcourt player’s potential, especially on the offensive end. Fans have seen what the Slovenian star can do with a player like Jaxson Hayes, who isn’t a star big man like the Cavs’ center.
Ever since Doncic arrived in LA, Hayes has improved his production, averaging 9.4 points and 5.5 rebounds in 10 games played.
