DeMar DeRozan is not like most of us because most people haven’t had the opportunity to appear in a Kendrick Lamar music video. Of course, that is no top of the fact that DeRozan is part of the relatively exclusive few who have made it to the NBA.

Lamar dropped a music video for his Drake diss track titled Not Like Us, with DeRozan in it. DeRozan didn’t really do much in the video, but hey, at least he’s done something noteworthy in the offseason.

But what really people would like to see DeRozan do is sign with a team. The 34-year-old DeRozan is still without a team following the end of his tenure with the Chicago Bulls. The Los Angeles Lakers have been among those rumored to be a potential landing spot for the veteran forward as well as the Miami Heat.

In three seasons with the Bulls, DeRozan averaged 25.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 1.1 steals, and 0.5 steals across 229 games.

“I mean the year Derozan was gone from the Toronto Raptors they won it all. I bet he was going crazy watching @Drake cheer on the sidelines during that championship run 😂”

    “DeRozan thinks he’s somebody 🤣”

“Drake fans in comments crying yeah Kenny won😂”

“Hes going to LA. Clippers. This confirms it.”

“not surprising, he’s from compton isn’t he? 🤔”

“doing anything but join a team”

“tell him to make a cameo with the lakers”

“I always thought DeRozan and Drake were friends.”
