Christian Braun and Michael Porter Jr. added 23 and 10 points. The Denver Nuggets also received a timely boost from Julian Strawther, who notched 15 points on 4-for-8 shooting in 20 minutes off the bench.
The winner of Game 7 will face the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference Finals. According to ESPN Research, Sunday marks Denver’s seventh Game 7 since 2019, the most in the NBA during that span.

Denver Nuggets interim head coach David Adelman praised his players for stepping up their games in Game 6. Looking ahead to Game 7, Adelman said that the fans should expect more of the same from his team this Sunday.
“Hyper focused, hyper honest with one another, and more importantly, hyper honest with themselves,” Adelman said via Ryan Blackburn of Mile High Sports. “I think if you are that way, you can bounce back from things very quickly.”
“They’ll be mentally prepared because they’ll spend tomorrow thinking about how they could be better. We’ll throw everything at this thing. We will be ready to roll on Sunday,” he added.
