Controversial businessman Elon Musk was recently called out by Ron Harper, Michael Jordan’s former Chicago Bulls teammate. On Wednesday, Harper posted on X expressing his thoughts about Elon Musk’s support of political commentator Ben Shapiro.
Shapiro, the founder of Daily Wire, posted on X his plea for President Donald Trump to pardon Derek Chauvin, the police officer convicted of murdering George Floyd in 2020. He was arrested and charged with third-degree murder the same year.
Chauvin pleaded guilty to the federal charges of violating Floyd’s rights the following year. The disgraced former law enforcement officer was sentenced to 21 years in prison for that case and another incident involving a 17-year-old kid.

Elon Musk, who was recently appointed by President Trump as head of the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), shared Shapiro’s petition video on X. “Something to think about,” he said.

Social media activist Bishop Talbert Swan responded to the video Elon Musk shared, saying that the X owner has “racist views.” Harper chimed in on Swan’s post, blasting Elon Musk.
“All knows he’s trash,” Harper said.

Aside from Elon Musk, Ron Harper also called out Donald Trump
If calling out Elon Musk was not enough, Ron Harper also blasted President Donald Trump. In January, the Commander-in-Chief decided to declassify the documents about the assassinations of former president John F. Kennedy and activist Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

After the final decision was made, many, including Harper, wanted Trump to release the files on the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
“‘Cause his name is in that one,” Harper boldly said on X.
Cause his name is in that one…

Ron Harper has certainly been vocal about politics. The five-time NBA champion has been active on social media, questioning a number of executive actions by Trump’s administration.
