Flau’Jae Johnson’s mother, Kia Brooks, recently shared a clip of her daughter’s filming schedule, also going on to lament about Johnson’s tardiness to the sets. Apart from playing college basketball for the LSU Tigers, Johnson is balancing rapping career, while also filming scenes for her upcoming movie.
Brooks is not only Johnson’s mother, but also her manager, and has been a crucial factor for the young athlete’s success in terms of contracts and deals. In the clip, Brooks accepts that her daughter is often late to the film set as a result of forgetting important things.
“When working with your daughter as a client, frequent delays on set may occur, due to her consistently forgetting essential items. We need her there on time, so I always fall into what ever position Is needed.🤣🤦🏾♀️,” Kia Brooks captioned the video clip.

Flau’Jae Johnson has been fortunate enough to have a Midas touch in everything she touches. Not only have the LSU Tigers’ offense sky-rocketed with Johnson playing for their squad, but the 21-year-old has managed to release a number of songs, including ‘Came Out A Beast’ featuring Lil Wayne and ‘Master Plan’.

Johnson has been playing for the LSU Tigers since 2022, and before that stunned in her high school basketball years with Sprayberry in Georgia. In the current college basketball season, Flau’Jae Johnson has managed an impressive 18.9 point average, with 5.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists per matchup.
Flau’Jae Johnson Cracks Another NIL Deal, This Time With Experian
Flau’Jae Johnson seems unstoppable, especially with her momager Kia Brooks by her side. Brooks has helped Johnson score another NIL deal, this time with Experian, a credit-reporting agency. The addition of the new NIL deal has sealed Johnson as the highest-earning women’s college basketball player.
Apart from the new NIL deal with Experian, Johnson has already worked with a number of brands before, like JBL Audio, The Athlete’s Foot and Apple Cash. Plus, the rapper/hooper holds equity in the Unrivaled League co-founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart.

Flau’Jae Johnson and the LSU Tigers are awaiting the March Madness season after winning against the Texas Longhorns in the most recently concluded SEC Championships. The team finished their regular season in the third position in the SEC table with a 12-4 conference score and 28-5 overall. LSU finished their regular season with a defeat against the Ole Miss Rebels, but then managed to win the two games against Florida and Texas in the SEC playoffs.
