Gabrielle Union, actress, was all in awe of her husband, Dwyane Wade’s, recent appearance on Saturday Night Live. Wade appeared in the episode along with host Quinta Brunson and even performed alongside pop singer Sabrina Carpenter.

Union and Wade have been together since 2009 after meeting in 2007. The couple got married in 2014 and has one daughter, Kaavia, who was born via surrogate in 2018. Despite the pair going through several challenges in their relationship, Union and Wade are going stronger than ever.

“Way to step out of your comfort zone, baby!! So proud of you and our girl @quintab for a legendary night!!!” Gabrielle Union captioned her Instagram repost of Wade’s pictures from his time at Saturday Night Live.

Gabrielle Union’s husband, Dwyane Wade, last played in the NBA for the Miami Heat. In the NBA, Wade played for not only the Heat, but also the Chicago Bulls and even the Cleveland Cavaliers before retiring from the game after the 2019 NBA season. Before he stepped foot into the league, Wade played college basketball for the Marquette Golden Eagles.

In Wade’s career in the league, the shooting guard has managed to win the championship thrice. He also managed to make it to the NBA All-Star squad a whopping 13 times. For his contributions to the team, Wade’s jersey No. 3 has been retired by the Miami Heat. Incidentally, he also played for Marquette using the same jersey number, which has also been retired by the university.

Gabrielle Union And Husband, Dwyane Wade, Step Out In Style At Met Gala

Meanwhile, Gabrielle Union and her husband, Dwyane Wade, turned heads at the recent Met Gala on Monday. Union and Wade showed up to perhaps fashion’s biggest event of the year in coordinated outfits, which certainly lived up to Anna Wintour’s satisfaction.

Both Union and Wade wore Prada to the star-studded event with the actress choosing a black strapless gown with white train decorated with white roses. Union also accessorized her hairstyle with white roses and wore an emerald and diamond necklace on her neck to complete her outfit.

On her side, Wade wore a beautiful flower-embroidered vest with a white tailcoat and black slacks. The couple easily oozed both power and elegance with their matching outfits on the blue carpet covered with white daisy patterns. Apart from Wade, numerous other sportspersons graced the event, like Sha’carri Richardson, Serena Williams, Simone Biles and even WNBA’s Angel Reese.
