Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry recently impressed the world when he secured the gold medal win for Team USA against France in the Olympics. After the match, the NBA’s greatest shooter was caught on camera sharing an adorable moment with his son.
In the final minutes of the gold medal game at the Paris Olympics, Curry delivered a clutch performance that secured victory for Team USA. After struggling with his shot earlier in the tournament, the Warriors star found his rhythm in the medal round, making 17 three-pointers in the last two games against Serbia and France.
In the final 2:46 of the gold medal game, Curry buried four consecutive three-pointers to seal the win for the Americans. The first three came in rapid succession, with the All-Star shaking free of defenders and calmly knocking down clutch shots to keep the French at bay.
The final three-pointer was an off-balanced heave that somehow found the bottom of the net, putting the game out of reach and prompting the point guard’s signature Night Night celebration. The display of shooting prowess left everyone in attendance in awe, including French swimming star Léon Marchand, who could only smile from the sidelines.
Curry’s performance capped off another gold medal triumph for Team USA, who have now won five straight Olympic men’s basketball titles. The all-time great shooter had his moment in the spotlight, delivering when his team needed him the most.

After the game, Team USA celebrated in their own way for winning the gold. In a video shared by Terry Worst on X, Curry was seen celebrating with Canon by doing the former’s trademark Night Night gesture.

A couple of days ago, Curry jokingly suggested a plan for him and his son Canon to play together in the NBA, similar to LeBron James and his son Bronny. The Warriors star quipped that if Canon is drafted, he could just play offense and shoot corner threes.
While that proposition is actually far from reality, the adorable moment they shared in Paris isn’t. For sure, the bond between the two, as seen during their celebration together, is going to grow stronger from there.
