Former Miami basketball stars Haley and Hanna Cavinder are back at it — but this time, it’s all about fitness.
The Cavinder twins, known for their strong advocacy for health, nutrition, and workout consistency, gave fans a glimpse into their latest glute-focused routine on Wednesday. Posting to Instagram, the duo shared a workout clip featuring four intense exercises from their TWO HOT PROGRAM: kettlebell sumo squats, B-stance Romanian deadlifts, barbell Bulgarian split squats, and single-leg step-ups.
“The only glute day you’ll ever need in your life… straight from our TWO HOT PROGRAM🥵,” they captioned the post.
Since stepping away from basketball, Haley and Hanna have gone all-in on their content creation and fitness ventures. Though they’re currently living in separate states, the twins continue to collaborate through their joint social platforms, keeping their followers updated with workouts, wellness tips, and lifestyle content.

Haley recently relocated to Texas to be with her fiancé, Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, while Hanna remained in Florida following her breakup with Miami quarterback Carson Beck.
“Talk to Us When We’re 40”: Cavinder Twins Reflect on Long-Term Vision
While they’ve left the hardwood behind, the Cavinders are just warming up when it comes to building their personal empire.

The twins recently sat down with Raising Cane’s founder Todd Graves on The Playbook, a Sports Illustrated video series, where they opened up about their future ambitions and long-term mindset.
“Growing up, our dad embedded into us at a very young age that it’s not a four-year plan,” Haley explained. “It’s a 40-year plan. Save your money and invest it. And that’s always stayed with Hanna and me. We never touched our money with any NIL deal. The 40-year plan is what we always tell ourselves. So, yeah, that’s what it is. So talk to us when we’re 40.”

Hanna added that the two are always bouncing around ideas, staying laser-focused on turning their vision into reality.
Right now, much of that vision centers around their fitness brand. The Cavinder twins are promoting their TWO HOT workout program and TWOgether app — both aimed at helping users hit their fitness and nutrition goals through structured routines, expert guidance, and a splash of Cavinder energy.
