Caitlin Clark is certainly no stranger to making history on the court. Just recently, though, the Indiana Fever has accomplished a feat in the WNBA that has only been seen once before.
Before making her debut in the league, Clark first made waves during her four-year stint in college. During that period, the Iowa Hawkeyes star broke Pete Maravich’s old record to become the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer. However, her final year didn’t end on a high note after the Hawkeyes lost to the South Carolina Gamecocks in the championship round.
Even if that’s the case, Clark was still selected first by the Indiana Fever during the 2024 WNBA Draft. Shortly after, the buzz and hype she generated for the league reached fever pitch, which resulted to a number of lucrative endorsement deals and helping pave the way for players to received chartered flights.
Unfortunately, her rookie campaign has been marred by a losing streak and opposing teams targeting her on and off the court. Moreover, Fever head coach Christie Sides has called the WNBA out for unfair officiating whenever she’s playing. In any case, there’s no denying the gravity Clark pulls whenever she’s playing a game.
Indiana Fever’s Caitlin Clark Achieves Historic WNBA Feat Only Seen Once Before
Like her time in college, Clark is also setting records in the WNBA. The most recent is a stat first achieved by Sabrina Ionescu, as seen in a post shared by the league’s official account on X.
Another feat for Caitlin Clark 👏
She joins Sabrina Ionescu as the only players in WNBA History to record 150+ PTS, 50+ REB, & 50+ AST through their first 10 career games!#WelcometotheW pic.twitter.com/IViKwxP9Tu

Sor far, Clark has played 10 games as a professional in the WNBA. She has amassed 169 points, 54 rebounds, 65 assists, 12 steals, and 10 blocks during that period.
For sure, Clark is a talent worth watching whenever she plays on the court. In any case, there’s a lot to look forward to with her career down the line.
