Indiana Pacers fans understood that Game 2 would be more competitive than Game 1. While Damian Lillard hasn’t played like the star guard the Bucks traded for in the 2023 offseason, his return to the starting lineup would give Giannis Antetokounmpo some much-needed reinforcements against Tyrese Haliburton and company.
While Dame’s return helped make the Bucks keep Game 2 close, Haliburton and company maintained the strong form from the run at the end of the regular season to win 115-123 and establish a solid 2-0 series lead as they head to Milwaukee.

While Pacers fans were more than happy to see their team thrive in the postseason, another Indiana basketball star captivated the audience. Caitlin Clark’s appearance in Game 2 served not only as moral support for the Pacers but also as a reminder that the WNBA season is upon us.
Caitlin Clark’s appearance during the Indiana Pacers’ Game 2 win over the Bucks grabs fans’ attention

The Indiana Fever star made an appearance in both of the Pacers’ first postseason games so far this season with her cameo last night. A fan page dedicated to following the young star’s moves posted a picture of what the Indiana Fever star was wearing:

Clark wore simple clothing to the game, but the way she carried herself in front of Indiana’s passionate basketball fanbase cemented her reputation as a lovable basketball superstar.
The 2024 WNBA rookie of the year is expected to make a bigger splash in her sophomore campaign in the league. She averaged 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 8.4 assists on efficient shooting in her rookie campaign, and these numbers are expected to go up in the 2025 season.
Pacers outlasted the Bucks thanks to balanced scoring from the starters

As if trying to show Clark that the NBA wouldn’t be behind her star power, the Pacers played a strong brand of basketball against the 2021 NBA champions.
Six Pacers players scored in double digits, with Pascal Siakam’s 24 leading the way. The Bucks struggled to contain Haliburton in scoring and playmaking, with the former Iowa State Cyclone ending the game with 21 points, five boards, and 12 assists.
The series will take an interesting turn when they play Milwaukee at the Fiserv Forum. Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo will do everything to try and even the series, but the Pacers will look to end things in a sweep.
