The Indiana Pacers are on a roll. They are rounding into form just ahead of the 2025 NBA Playoffs.
On Monday, Indiana started its week with a 119-103 takedown of the Minnesota Timberwolves at home, with star point guard Tyrese Haliburton putting together yet another impressive performance.
The former Iowa State Cyclones star finished the Timberwolves game with 24 points, 11 assists, four rebounds, a steal and a block while shooting 9-for-16 from the floor in just 29 minutes.
According to StatMamba, he “now has the 10th most games in NBA history with 20p/10a in under 30 MIN.”
Tyrese Haliburton makes the Indiana Pacers’ offense go

So far in the 2024-25 NBA regular season, Haliburton is averaging 18.5 points, 9.1 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game while shooting 46.8 percent from the floor and 38.5 percent from behind the arc.
The 25-year-old Haliburton plays an integral role in the success of Indiana, particularly on offense. Indiana is scoring 117.0 points per 100 possessions when Haliburton is on the floor – higher than their overall 114.8 offensive rating this season.
Haliburton and the Pacers have also now won five games in a row and remain unbeaten through the first four games in their current homestand. They can extend that winning streak and finish the said homestand undefeated when they host LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers this coming Wednesday.
The Pacers are fourth in the Eastern Conference standings with a 42-29 record – 2.5 games behind the New York Knicks for the No. 2 spot in the East.
