The Pacers went on to lose to the New York Knicks in their second game with a final score of 123-98, before playing the Philadelphia 76ers. In the game against New York, Indiana’s offense was led by Bennedict Mathurin who chalked up a total of 20 points, with a pair of rebounds and a single helper. Myles Turner managed eight boards, the highest for that game.
