Jayson Tatum’s girlfriend Ella Mai expressed her joy on social media along with everyone who celebrated Arsenal’s win against Real Madrid to progress to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals for the first time in 16 years.

On Wednesday, the singer-songwriter shared the Gunners’ Instagram post on her story, which featured Ronaldo Nazario and Arsenal legend Thierry Henry as the cover image as well as more pictures from the clash between Real Madrid and Arsenal at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium back in 2006.

Nostalgia was in the air as the club enjoyed it’s 2-1 victory over the Spanish giants. Jayson Tatum’s girlfriend Mai joined millions of Arsenal supporters and captioned her post with:

    “and again🥹”

On Wednesday, Arsenal won 2-1 in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinals against Real Madrid inside the Santiago Bernabeu to cap off a solid 5-1 win on aggregate to advance to the UCL semifinal for the first time since 2008-09 season.

Everything clicked for the Gunners as they mounted a historic win against the defending champions, who have already won the competition for a record 15 times.

Mai’s story showed her love for football, but fans will soon see her on the hardwood courts of the NBA, supporting Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics as they continue to defend their title. Tatum has averaged 26.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 6 assists per game during the regular season and has led the Celtics to a second seed in the playoffs.

Tatum and the Celtics will be facing the Orlando Magic in the first round and will kick things off on Sunday at the TD Garden.

Jayson Tatum joins Larry Bird in a historic Celtics feat

Jayson Tatum has proven a fantastic pick for the Boston Celtics since 2017. Making it in the All-Star team six times, four All-NBA teams, and more importantly, delivering the franchise’s 18th championship. All these accomplishments, and he’s just 27 years old.
