Fox Sports host Joy Taylor shared an update on her situation amid the ongoing fires across the greater LA area, which are still causing destruction on the ground. More and more people have been displaced and given no choice but to evacuate, with the latest reports saying that nearly 200,000 people have been moved to safety.
Fortunately for Taylor, the fires have not yet affected the area where she lives. The media personality updated her followers by posting an Instagram story, assuring them of her safety while also confirming that the scenes out of the fire are actually as bad as they look from pictures posted online.
“To everyone reaching out, I am safe and grateful,” Joy Taylor wrote. “:BUT the situation is as dangerous and bad as it looks. My heart is broken for the 5 people who lost their lives in this tragedy.”
The winds continue to blow and intensify the blazing fire around the city. Those still in the region can expect things to worsen before they settle down.
Joy Taylor’s shocking dating standards resurface amid Fox Sports lawsuit
Fox Sports host Joy Taylor’s views on dating and romantic partners have gone viral amid the stunning lawsuit involving her. The 37-year-old media personality is one of several big names embroiled in the suit, along with former FS1 host Skip Bayless and former NFL linebacker Emmanuel Acho, Fox network exec Charlie Dixon, and the entire Fox Corporation.

The suit was filed in Los Angeles on behalf of former hair stylist for Fox Noushin Faraji. Much of Faraji’s suit is centered on allegations of sexual harassment, sexual battery, negligent supervision, retaliation, racism, and other workplace issues between 2012 to August 2024.
Faraji accused Bayless of offering her $1.5 million for sex, and Dixon for groping her backside. Taylor is alleged to have dismissed Faraji’s complaints against Bayless and Dixon, telling her to “get over it.”
The suit also accused Taylor of having sexual relationships with Acho and Dixon, using them as leverage to further her career. It also alleged that the host had used her sexuality to seek a spot in Acho’s program “Speak” in 2020. All the allegations are yet to be proven or otherwise.

Since the surfacing of the allegations, an old footage of Taylor’s comments on the “Two Personal” podcast was brought back up online, where she discussed with co-host Taylor Rooks what she looks for in someone she would potentially date.
“If they’re fine enough, if they’re funny enough, or if their financial status is what you want,” Taylor said in the clip. “Fine, funny, [redacted] money.”

Despite the lawsuit, Taylor still appeared on the network on Monday afternoon, not mentioning anything regarding the lawsuit. Fox Sports, meanwhile, said that they take the accusations seriously and will investigate everything related to the issue.
