WNBA star Kahleah Copper reacted to a viral, awkward clip of rapper Lil Yachty holding an extra-large hotdog sandwich during a WWE premium live event (PLE).
The Phoenix Mercury star shared a post on X of the clip that saw the “Peek a Boo” artist at the WWE Elimination Chamber PLE, taking an XL hotdog sandwich and holding it as if it wasn’t his. Hip-hop superstar Drake was with him, and snapped photos of him holding the food.
“[When’s] the next WWE event?” Copper asked in her caption for the shared clip.

Kahleah Copper and Lil Yachty, real name Miles Parks McCollum, share a common friend in photographer Joe Pinchin, who like the four-time WNBA All-Star hails from Philadelphia. Pinchin has taken photos of both stars.

WWE’s next event is WrestleMania 41, to be held at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 19 and 20. Whether or not Copper will be in attendance remains to be seen.
Kahleah Copper busy grinding at Unrivaled
While waiting for the next WNBA season, Kahleah Copper is making herself busy as a participant in the newly formed three-on-three Unrivaled Basketball League in Miami. The 2021 WNBA champion is part of the Rose Basketball Club alongside Angel Reese, Brittney Sykes, Lexie Hull, Azura Stevens, and Chelsea Gray.
Her team currently ranks second in the tournament that consists of six teams. They have secured a spot in the playoffs with the regular season down to its final weekend.

In the seven games she has played in Unrivaled, Copper has averaged 16.6 points and 6.6 rebounds, playing an average of 14 minutes per game.

Copper likened her experience playing in Unrivaled to her time in the Olympics. Apart from the competition and the opportunity to level up her game, the nine-year WNBA veteran said she was enjoying bonding with her fellow Unrivaled players.
“It’s what I enjoy the most about the Olympics. Many of us are going at each other’s necks for the entire [WNBA] season, and during the Olympics you get a really good chance to bond—and that’s the same here,” Copper said.

The Mercury enter the next WNBA season without the now-retired Diana Taurasi and long-time center Brittney Griner, who has recently signed with the Atlanta Dream. With both Taurasi and Griner gone, Copper is set to embrace her role as the new leader of the team.
