The Milwaukee Bucks have fallen to 1-3 after a third straight loss on Monday when they bowed to Eastern rivals Boston Celtics. Team superstars Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard produced what they were asked of but still lost.
What could be ailing this squad?

Former Celtics turned analyst for NBA on ESPN Kendrick Perkins think it is worrying that Bucks stars put up huge numbers and still lose.
He believes there is a chemistry issue in the team although he acknowledged, too, that third option Khris Middleton is still out.
“They have a problem.” 👀

“They’ve been playing well, exceptional, this season, and you’re still losing games, especially the game in Brooklyn that you suppose to win,” he said in the show.

“Again, it comes down to who’s going to be that third option,” Perkins said. “I know Khris Middleton is out because of injury. How is he going to look? The synergy is not there, okay? The chemistry is not there.”
Perkins might be right. Antetokounmpo and Lillard scored 30 and 33, respectively, against the Celtics and the bench contributed just 13 points from real minutes.
Bucks bench could have used a Patrick Beverley
Perkins later on explained that the bench should do more. However, to him, it is a waste that they decided to not re-sign 10-year veteran who right now is not with any NBA teams.

Perkins named Beverley as a great glue guy off the bench to fix the the Wisconsin organization. Beverley is now playing in Israel for Hapoel Tel Aviv.
“I think I would see more from the bench—more chest bumping, more high fiving,” he said.
“There’s something going on in that locker room. They took a guy for Patrick Beverley for granted. Imagine what he was doing in that locker room to bring in togetherness.”
