Kyle Kuzma seemingly hinted about his political leanings in his recent social media post.
The Washington Wizards star was put on blast after expressing his opinions about the Democratic National Convention.
“DNC just wanted claps and laugh lol sick world man,” Kuzma posted on X.
The post triggered a fairly large number of supporters of the Democratic party, leading them to flood the post’s comments section and take shots of the Wizards forward.
“Why do you enjoy embarrassing yourself?” asked one X user.
One disgruntled fan pleaded Kyle Kuzma to “stop tweeting,” while another was “sad to see him go down this road.”
Another X user referenced his post, trolling him about his tattoos. “Kinda like [your] tattoos did it all for claps, and everyone just laughs at you,” the reply said.
As the US presidential elections draw near, many celebrities and popular figures are emerging to reveal their political alignments whether they be Democrat or Republican. Kyle Kuzma, with his recent post, apparently declared his being behind the Republicans this year, and there are people who are not too happy about it.
Kyle Kuzma shows off at Yao Ming’s charity game in Hong Kong
The Yao Foundation had a treat for basketball fans in the city of Hong Kong. A number of big names in the NBA, including Kyle Kuzma, James Harden, Jimmy Butler, and Paul George, attended the 12th Yao Foundation Charity game on Tuesday to show off their skills in an exhibition.
The game was organized by Chinese basketball legend and NBA Hall of Famer Yao Ming as part of his foundation’s programs for the youth.
The NBA stars faced the best players the Chinese Basketball Association has to offer as fans wearing jerseys of their favorite NBA teams went to the AsiaWorld Expo to watch the spectacle. Over 6,000 fans were in attendance to see players from the NBA play together in an Asian country in what is a once-in-a-lifetime event.
Kuzma had a great showing in the game, sinking in three straight three-point shots that wowed the crowd. Butler made the Chinese fans rise from their seats whenever he seized every opportunity for a slam dunk. Harden and George kept up with the showboating, flaunting their signature moves and shooting a couple of long-range shots.
The visiting team defeated the home team in a dominant fashion, 128-104, but not without giving fans in attendance some highlights that they will never forget anytime soon.
