The Los Angeles Lakers are in the middle of an outstanding 2024-25 season. Not only did they set their franchise up for the next generation in trading for Luka Doncic, but they’re smack dab in the middle of the playoff conversation in the Western Conference.
61 games into their 82 game season Los Angeles sits at 40-21. Good enough for second in the Western Conference only behind the Oklahoma City Thunder (52-11).
However, Lebron James seems to be going through some things off the court that is clearly eating at him.
Lakers’ Lebron James Confronts Stephen A. Smith After Son Comments (Breaking)

The Los Angeles Lakers’ Stephen A. Smith was confronted by LeBron James as he left his team’s huddle during Thursday’s game:
The incident has become the biggest talking point in American sports news, as it’s not something you see every night. Athletes don’t typically approach reporters and dress them down in front of fans.
Most people thought the confrontation took place after the Lakers’ win, but it actually happened in the middle of the contest.
The video below shows LBJ leaving his team’s huddle, walking over to Stephen A., and getting in his face before walking away.
