LeBron James is being accused of taking performance enhancing drugs (PED) once again by X user ‘NBA Strife’, and surprisingly this time around, he was defended by none other than Ron Harper. ‘NBA Strife’, on Thursday, shared a clip of a podcast episode by Patrick Bet-David who was discussing a report by ESPN on the Biogenesis scandal.
While the report did not exactly accuse James of using performance-enhancing drugs, the fact that the Lakers superstar denied interview requests only added fuel to the fire. Ron Harper, who in the past has accused LeBron James many times for many other things, simply shut down the X user and asked to let James continue what he does best – play great basketball.
“I’m over this BS let the kid play basketball and enjoy how good he has been over his career” Ron Harper responded to the X user, ‘NBA Strife’.

The main reason as to why many feel that LeBron James might actually be using performance-enhancing drugs is because he is too good for his age. While many other basketball players would have retired by now, James continues to shine on the court at the age of 40.

Still, those who have a keen eye know truly well that James’ speed and agility have taken a hit over the last few years. At the same time, his plays have become more refined as he continues to add more and more skills to his toolbox.
