LiAngelo Ball surely did not expect his song ‘Tweaker’ to go viral. Since its release, the song has been played over and over again in multiple locker rooms, not only in the NBA but also in the NFL. ‘Tweaker’ also sparked an internet trend, where people are tested about their knowledge of the lyrics and the choreography.
After the success of his song, it was recently announced that LiAngelo Ball would be a part of the ‘Rolling Loud’ lineup this year. Rolling Loud is easily the largest hip-hop festival in the world and will feature a number of popular articles, including A$AP Rocky, Sexxy Red, Peso Pluma and more. With him being featured in such a festival, it is no wonder that LiAngelo Ball’s girlfriend, Nikki Mudarris would show her pride for him so openly.
“So happy for my love,” Nikki Mudarris captioned her Instagram post.
Mudarris and Ball have been in a relationship for more than a year now, and also share a child together. While Mudarris has become a strong social media influencer, after appearing in the reality TV show, Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood, LiAngelo Ball has been desperately trying his best to get into professional basketball like his brothers, LaMelo Ball and Lonzo Ball.
LaMelo Ball is currently playing for the Charlotte Hornets, while Lonzo Ball is a point guard for the Chicago Bulls. While it is true that LiAngelo Ball did bag contracts with teams like the Charlotte Hornets and the Detroit Pistons, he is yet to set foot in an NBA game.
Bulls Broadcaster Uses LiAngelo Ball’s Lyrics To Describe Lonzo Ball’s Play
On Wednesday, the Chicago Bulls played against the Indiana Pacers and lost the game with a final score of 129-113. Despite the loss, fans were appreciative of Lonzo Ball’s play for the Bulls in that game. Ball managed to steal the ball after a failed pass attempt from Tyrese Haliburton and finished the play with a layup.
The broadcaster used LiAngelo Ball’s ‘Tweaker’ lyrics to describe the play, “He’s able to swerve, bend that corner.” The crowd went ballistic not only in reaction to the play itself but also to the lyrics matching the performance.
In the game against the Pacers, Chicago’s offense on the scoreboard was led by Zach LaVine who scored a total of 31 points, grabbing four rebounds and assisting four times. Meanwhile, Coby White was the second-highest scorer for the team with 19 points, along with a pair of boards and five helpers.
