The Los Angeles Clippers wrapped up their regular season with a 50-32 record following their 124-119 overtime road win against the Golden State Warriors last Sunday.

James Harden led all scorers with 39 points, seven rebounds, 10 assists, two steals, two blocks, and five three-pointers on 13-for-23 shooting from the field. Kawhi Leonard added 33 points, six rebounds, seven assists, three steals, and four three-pointers on 13-for-20 shooting.
Los Angeles also received meaningful contributions from Ivica Zubac, Norman Powell, and Kris Dunn. Zubac had 22 points, 17 rebounds, and three assists on 11-for-16 shooting. Powell and Dunn had 11 points apiece.

After the match, Leonard gave Dunn a huge shoutout, as the former Providence guard is in the middle of a solid campaign.
Los Angeles Clippers: Kris Dunn draws praise from Kawhi Leonard
Kawhi Leonard believes Kris Dunn deserves a spot in the NBA’s All-Defensive Team. The 31-year-old finished the regular season averaging 6.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.7 steals on 43.9 percent shooting from the field across 74 appearances (58 starts). However, the Los Angeles Clippers combo guard is not qualified since he didn’t log at least 65 20-minute games this year with only 53 such games.

“Kris went great all year. I for sure think he should be on the All-NBA Defensive team,” Leonard said via The Athletic’s Law Murray. “Night in, night out, he’s guarding the best players and he’s slowing them down. You know what I mean? Some nights they make shots but he’s doing it. I’ll be surprised if he’s not on one. Maybe he doesn’t play another minute or I don’t know. Why not? What is it? About 20 minutes.”
“I guess like I said, he’s been great all year. He’s going home to get better. I like having him on the team,” he added.
