The Los Angeles Clippers are back in the win column after notching a 123-115 win against the Detroit Pistons yesterday, as James Harden recorded his first 50-point game with the squad.

Harden scored 23 points in the first quarter to help set the tone. The one-time league MVP is the first Los Angeles Clippers player to drop 50 since Lou Williams on January 10, 2018, against the Golden State Warriors.
The Beard also tallied four rebounds, five assists, and six three-pointers on 14-for-24 shooting from the field and 16-for-20 from the free throw line, looking like his vintage self.

Bogdan Bogdanovic and Ivica Zubac added 23 and 22 points for the Los Angeles Clippers, who played without Kawhi Leonard (knee) and Norman Powell (hamstring) on the second night of a back-to-back set.
Los Angeles Clippers News: James Harden drops confident take after 50-point explosion
James Harden was asked about his conditioning after he played at least 38 minutes during the Los Angeles Clippers’ back-to-back set and the 11-time NBA All-Star had the perfect walk-off line following his 50-point game.

“I’ll rest when the season’s over,” Harden said in the postgame interview.
Harden will turn 36 this August, and he had his share of injuries throughout the years. However, he has shown he can still get a ton of buckets to help his team win games.
