At times, Los Angeles Clippers guard James Harden can the unluckiest person on the court. But during a recent wedding he and his girlfriend attended, it would seem the former MVP’s luck had ran out after his partner caught the bouquet.
During his time with the Houston Rockets, Harden consistently led the team to the playoffs, reaching the Western Conference Finals multiple times but falling short of a championship. Frustrated with the lack of progress, Harden demanded a trade in 2020, resulting in his move to the Brooklyn Nets in early 2021. Despite assuming a more limited role, Harden continued to contribute significantly, although he faced challenges with hamstring injuries.
Despite their star-studded lineup, featuring two-time champion Kevin Durant, the Nets struggled to find playoff success. As a result, midway through the 2021-22 season, Harden was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers, where he joined forces with All-Star big man Joel Embiid. During the 2022-23 season, Harden thrived in his new supporting role by averaging 10.7 assists per game. However, the Sixers fell short in the Eastern Conference semifinals, prompting the Beard to request a trade again.
In October of the same year, Harden found himself on the move once again, this time joining the Los Angeles Clippers. However, the Beard found himself exiting the playoffs after the Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks eliminated them several weeks ago.

Although the season is over for Harden, he might just become busier, if a recent wedding he and his girlfriend attended is to be believed. In a video shared by Overtime on X, the Beard’s girlfriend can be seen catching a bouquet during the wedding reception

The woman in question is Paige Speights, Harden’s long-time girlfriend. The two have been together since 2017, even through several incidents when the Clippers star was seen in various nightclubs.
Harden has always been roasted for failing to win a ring. After his recent wedding experience, it would seem the All-Star guard is going to get his wish.
