After sharing Crypto.com Arena with the Los Angeles Lakers for so longest time, the Los Angeles Clippers are set to play in their new home soon. This can be seen in a video about the team’s new Intuit Dome that surfaced online recently.
The $2 billion Intuit Dome promises to be a game-changer for the Clippers franchise. With an 18,000-seat capacity, the arena features innovative fan-centric amenities like a 51-row wall of uninterrupted baseline seating, and a unique season pass system to control ticket resale. Additionally, the Intuit Dome boasts an 80,000 sq ft fan plaza, an 86,000 sq ft practice facility, and a community court.

In contrast, the Crypto.com Arena offers a more traditional NBA arena experience, with 19,079 seats that can be expanded for concerts. Known as a celebrity hotspot, the LeBron James-led Lakers‘ home has hosted both NBA and NHL games over the years.
While the Crypto.com Arena has served both teams well, the Intuit Dome appears poised to elevate the fan experience and potentially give the Steve Balmer-owned franchise a home-court advantage that has eluded them. As the battle for Los Angeles basketball supremacy continues, these two arenas will undoubtedly play a crucial role in shaping the future of the city’s NBA landscape.

Even though All-Star wing Paul George has departed Los Angeles for the Philadelphia 76ers, the Clippers still have a lot of reasons to look forward to the upcoming 2024-25 season. As seen in a video shared by Ahn Fire Digital on X, the team’s new Intuit Dome can be seen up close and personal.

As seen in the video, the Clippers’ new home will be loaded with a lot of great stuff for fans and athletes who play there. Thanks to Balmer’s dedication to the team, the Kawhi Leonard-led squad will have a home separate from the Purple and Gold.

Starting next season, the Clippers will finally get to play on a court that’s their own. Hopefully, their new roster is up to the task of helping the franchise compete in the playoffs next year.
