The Los Angeles Lakers are more than just about the superstar tandem of LeBron James and Luka Doncic.
Notwithstanding their stunning 119-117 loss at the hands of the Chicago Bulls in Windy City Thursday night, the Lakers have some sort of a good problem in their hands, as they have the dilemma of finding a way to create balance among the trio of James, Doncic and Austin Reaves.

Doncic, who was shockingly traded to the Lakers by the Dallas Mavericks last February, knows that such a balance is still work in progress. But he also believes that it’s just a matter of time before Los Angeles finds the right configuration regarding the said triumvirate.

Luka on if there’s encouragement on him, LeBron & AR figuring it out offensively: “We got to figure out how to play all three together. You guys ask me this question after every game, but we’re just trying to figure it out. We haven’t had a lot of practice. I think it’s coming.”
Los Angeles Lakers left stunned by Josh Giddeny’s Hail Mary shot

The Lakers appeared to be on their way to winning the game on Thursday, as they were up by five points with 12.6 seconds left in regulation.
However, Chicago nailed back-to-back 3-pointers to get in front before Reaves made a layup to give the Lakers a one-point advantage with three seconds remaining. Giddey’s shot came after that, with the Bulls bringing their home crowd to its feet after one of the wildest endings in a game this season.
Reaves led the Lakers with 30 points. Doncic produced 25 while James chipped in 17.
For what it’s worth, Doncic took 22 shots against the Bulls, while James and Reaves had 20 and 17, respectively.
