Los Angeles Lakers news: As far as I know, Stephen Curry never took a side in the Kendrick Lamar vs. Drake beef. What is clear, however, is that the Golden State Warriors superstar has grown tired of Lamar’s massive diss track, Not Like Us.
Curry’s distaste for the song was on full display after Team USA’s win against Serbia on Wednesday night. LeBron James, though, could not get on board with Steph’s dig.
Los Angeles Lakers: LeBron James, Steph Curry Disagree on Kendrick Lamar Opinion
Not Like Us has emerged as sort of like a theme song for Team USA. That is, this hit has been played in the arena after each national team victory. This was the case again on Wednesday night after their dominant 105-79 against Nikola Jokic and Co.
Curry, however, could not help but share his brutally honest thoughts on the song. LeBron heard Steph’s reaction and he just had to clap back at the GOAT shooter:
Stephen Curry is tired of hearing “Not Like Us” by Kendrick Lamar 😭

To be fair, it’s not as if their dissenting opinion on Not Like Us is going to drive a wedge between the two central figures of the national team. They don’t always have to agree on everything, but what’s important is that they are aligned in their objective to lead Team USA to a gold-medal victory in the upcoming Olympics — a lofty goal that they took a step toward after their strong performance against Serbia on Wednesday night.
