The fact that Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is still arguably the best player on the Team USA contingent that is competing for a gold medal in the Paris Olympics right now is astounding. Then again, the 39-year-old has defied the laws of aging many times in the past, and he continues to do so to this very day.
Just ask NBA insider Shams Charania.
Los Angeles Lakers News: LeBron James Is ‘Inhumane’
During a recent appearance on The OGs program with Mike Miller and Udonis Haslem, Shams dropped a truth bomb about what he saw in Team USA’s training camp. In particular, Charania had a unique way of describing James and the 20-time All-Star’s stint with the national team.
It was Haslem, a former teammate of LeBron with the Miami Heat, who first pointed out how James is looking great right now from a physical standpoint.
“And they come out to say that he’s [in] the best shape and he’s the best player at f**king USA right now at training camp,” Haslem stated.
Shams responded by sharing exactly what he saw from the Lakers talisman.
“I was at USA training camp, it’s inhumane how he moves.”

At this point, it is clear that even the pundits are running out of superlatives for LeBron. He’s been doing this for so long that folks are running out of good things to say about him.
James has an opportunity to further add to his legacy in the coming weeks. If he comes home with a gold medal around his neck yet again, then the commentators will need to come up with even more ways to heap praise on The King.
